SEAT DECKING

300 Series Denim
This construction is a woven polyester/cotton blend that offers good coverage and value. Our 300 Series Denim is available in six colors with standard widths of 29/30", 32", and 35/36".

 

200 Series Denim
This construction is a woven polyester/cotton blend that offers excellent coverage with a "high-end" look. Our 200 Series Denim is available in an "ecru" tan with standard widths of 29/30", 32", 35/36", and 42". An "Ebony" Black is available in standard widths of 29/30", 32", and 35/36".

 

Duotex
Our needle-punched polypropylene, nonwoven decking is available in various weights (2.3oz to 4oz). Stock colors include tan, gray, and black. Standard widths include 30", 32", 36", 40", 42", and 45".

 

Accord
Our 3500 series is a composite of spun-bonded polypropylene nonwoven and is available in both tan and black. This product offers the best coverage of any nonwoven decking on the market. The standard sizes include 30", 32", 36", and 60".

 

Printed Decking
HS Converting can customize your decking by adding a logo print to any of the above constructions.

 

CUSHION WRAP

 

 

Polyticking

HS Converting offers a wide range of constructions and finishes to give your cushions a "high-end" appearance. Our Polytickings are a blend of polyester and cotton. These products are available in your desired widths. These products are not recommended for use with down feathers.

 

Downproof Ticking
We offer four downproof constructions to meet your needs.

 

• 305 Construction:a blend of polyester and cotton finished to give your cushions "slow" air release. Our 305 meets UFAC criteria and is our best value. 305 is available in a "cream" (natural) color and  in your desired widths.

• 306 Construction: a heavier polyester/cotton fabric finished to give your cushions the ultimate in air release. 306 is available in a "cream" color in widths of 36", 43", and 59" and is a 100% cotton construction that has a fire retardant finish in order to meet the requirements of California Technical Bulletin 117, Section A.

• 306 C is available in a "cream" color as well as white. This construction is available in 43" and 60" widths that can be slit to your specifications.

• A 209 is available in a bleached white color which meets the TB-117-2013.This construction is 70% Polyester 30% Cotton 180 thread count polypropylene nonwoven fabric that is used in back and seat cushions that do not contain feathers.

 

INSIDE BACKS

Tricon
This spunbonded polyester nonwoven fabric is our most widely used product for no-spring inside backs. Available in gray or black and in weights of 3.2oz, 3.5oz, and 4oz per square yard. We recommend the use of strip webbing to reinforce the back when using 3.2oz and 3.5oz fabric. A wide range of standard widths are available to meet your needs.

 

Springtex
This polypropylene fabric offers high strength and low stretch for no-spring inside backs. Springtex is available in 3oz, 4oz, and 6oz constructions. While we recommend the use of strip webbing with the 3oz construction, strip webbing is not required when using the heavier constructions. Springtex is available in a wide variety of standard widths.

 

FLW
A needlepunched woven polypropylene fabric that is widely used for its softness. FLW is available in a natural color and in a wide range of standard widths to reduce your material waste. FLW can be used as an insulating fabric over back springs as well as in no-spring backs. We recommend that strip webbing be used in no-spring backs.

 

Duotex
This needle punched nonwoven polypropylene fabric is an excellent choice for inside backs with or without springs. Duotex offers low noise, high strength, and excellent tailoring for this application. Duotex is available in 2.3oz, 2.7oz, 3.1oz, and 3.5oz per square yard. Colors include white, black, gray, and tan.

Polyticking
HS Converting offers a wide range of constructions and finishes to give your upholstered furniture a high-end look. Our polytickings are a blend of polyester and cotton. This product is available in a wide range of standard widths. This product makes an excellent outside back fabric or can be used as the primary fabric for slip cover upholstered furniture.

 

Duotex
This needlepunched nonwoven polypropylene fabric is an excellent choice for outside arms and backs. Duotex offers low noise, high strength, and excellent tailoring for this application. Duotex is available in 2.3oz, 2.7oz, 3.1oz, and 3.5oz per square yard. Colors include white, black, gray, and tan.

 

 

FLW

A woven polypropylene fabric that is widely used for its softness and ease of tailoring. FLW is available in a natural color with a wide range of standard widths to reduce your material waste. This product will give your outside backs and arms the reinforcement needed for this application.needlepunched.

 

 

SPRING COVER

This needlepunched nonwoven polypropylenefabric is an excellent choice for spring cover. Duotex offers low noise, high strength, and excellent tailoring for this application. Duotex is available in 2.3oz, 2.7oz, 3.1oz, and 3.5oz persquare yard. Colors include white, black, gray, and tan.

 

Tricon
This spunbonded polyester nonwoven fabric offers excellent value as a spring cover fabric. Tricon offers excellent strength, durability, and softness for this application. Available in both gray and black in weights of 3.2oz, 3.5oz, and 4oz per square yard. We recommend the 3.2oz or 3.5oz for this application.

 

SK Laminates
These composites of spunbonded polypropylene represent our best value as a spring cover fabric. We ultrasonically bond several plies of nonwoven to give our SK Products high strength while retaining the softness of polypropylene. Our SK Laminates are available in 3oz, 3.5oz, and 4oz constructions in both white and powder blue colors.
